Grounds
The grounds of Sanctuary Event Space are shaded by three ancient oak trees, creating a beautiful natural canopy. The outdoor area accommodates up to 150 guests for dining or ceremonies, with a terraced ceremony site that seats 120 on the lower levels and an additional 30 on the upper terrace. A charming iron arbor serves as the ceremony’s focal point, and outdoor outlets are available for music and vendors.
Cottage
The Cottage at Sanctuary Event Space offers a welcoming and functional retreat for guests and vendors. A covered front porch provides a cozy entrance, leading into a furnished living room for relaxation or prep. The space includes a full bathroom with a shower and skylights, adding natural light. A well-equipped kitchen features sliding doors, making it ideal for food prep or catering. The dining and serving room, also illuminated by skylights, includes an 8-foot rectangular table and two bar tables, perfect for buffet-style setups.
Studio
The Studio at Sanctuary Event Space is a versatile, climate-controlled 622 sq. ft. room perfect for a dance floor or intimate gatherings. It can accommodate up to 75 guests for an indoor ceremony or 50 for a seated dinner with five 8-foot tables. The space also includes a restroom for convenience and a covered deck, providing a charming setting for toasts and first dances.
